ROLE:
Inspecting architect for Quinquennial Inspections and Maintenance Repairs
THE BUILDING:
Chris is responsible for several churches in each of the above dioceses, preparing the quinquennial inspection with prioritised costed recommendations for maintenance and repairs. He works with the building custodians to shape projects to work with funding and budget requirements to implement priority works.
Chris is working with Major Parish Churches at St Wilfrid Harrogate, St Patricks Patrington, St Cuthbert Fishlake, as well as Hexham Abbey, Northumberland.
